Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines our procedures for fulfilling our services, and cancellations for services purchased through our business. To request a refund, contact our customer service team at info@santanaadministrativeservices.com with a reason for the refund. Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Service orders can be canceled within 24-hours of purchase for a full refund in most situations that do not require out of county travel. Digital product orders can be canceled before the product is downloaded or accessed. Once accessed, digital products are non-refundable.
